They are also perfect for longer trips such as field trips, school trips, etc. They have more comfortable seating that your typical shuttle bus, and they often have TVs or even a bathroom depending on the size of the bus and the available service.
Reliable transportation does not need to be stressful to reserve or expensive to offer. When several people are going in on a trip or outing together, you can split the cost among those being transported making it even more expensive.
Most reliable transportation companies reserve vehicles well in advance, so it is best to start making calls and looking into your options as soon as you have a date for your event, and you know how many people you need to transport. This will ensure you do not get left out of the loop.
